Excellent company. Their product is brilliantly designed – the best folding electric bike out there, and maybe the best folding bike per se. They keep making refinements to the design – and, when they do, they help you update your bike, sometimes in person. They’re also very quick to respond to any questions or issues.

When was the last time a company contacted you about having a product serviced, Free of Charge? I’m guessing never and this is where FLIT are exemplary. One of FLITs engineers came and visited to service AND complete a free upgrade of my FLIT-16. Alex was brilliant and being so important in the company he was not only servicing, he was assessing the bike too. I cannot recommend this young company enough with regard to their customer service, Gemma too has been brilliant and super helpful when ever I have contacted about small issues or questions.

Very impressed with my Flit bike so far. I haven’t needed any customer service but they’ve been great at reaching out to me, checking everything is ok and even coming out to me to give a bike service and upgrade some components – all free of charge.
